After spending two weeks in Spain last November, I am in love with the Spanish way of life and their wonderful, wonderful Tapas. Obviously, it has inspired me to pass on this traditional and relaxed way of eating many small plates of cold and hot food while talking and drinking and singing and dancing with friends and family. Join me in our own Tapas night with beautiful Spanish wines, Sangria, and delicious food. Recipes, wine, food and fun are all included in the price.

Afternoon tea is in fashion again ! Experience the traditional English afternoon tea with The Main Course and learn about the health benefits of tea and the relaxing ritual of drinking tea. Even if you're not gathering for a graduation party or a bridal shower, anytime is a good time for friends (men as well as women) to catch up over an aromatic cup and a finger sandwich or two. We will sample some wonderful flavored teas as well as the traditional varieties along with some delicious, time-honored fare.
We should all stop what we are doing at 3pm, when we can, and have afternoon tea with family, friends or neighbors. Beginning with a flute of champagne, then, sitting down with a hot cup of tea and scones with cream and jam, just begs for a lovely chat with those around us.
We will begin with a cooking class and finish with Afternoon Tea on my grandmothers best china.
