Utilizing Your Microwave
There are many fabulous ways to utilize your microwave other than thawing and reheating. We will make Custard, Béchamel Sauce and Turkey Bolognese Sauce, and I will show you other time-saving and burnt-pot saving tricks.
You will get to take home recipes and samples of everything that is demonstrated.

Sometimes we need a little inspiration when we need to whip up some pass-arounds to serve with pre-dinner drinks or maybe you just feel like making a special afternoon snack. It is also nice to surprise family and friends with a new and delicious dessert that can be prepared way in advance.
